Location: Kenner, LA
Pay Rate: $19.35 - $22.70 per hour

Education Requirements
High school diploma or GED preferred.
Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.
HS education or equivalent.
Experience Requirements
Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments.
Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality.
Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required.
Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.
Must have industrial blaster/ painter experience.
Knowledge of mixing industrial paints, wet film thickness gauge and dry mil gauge
Must understand written and verbal instructions.
Experience working with hand and air tools.
Must have industrial blaster/painter experience.
Must have some experience in operating a Forklift.
Preferred Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred.
Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial.
Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset.
Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Manufacturing Finisher.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift.
Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds.
Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
