Manufacturing Floor And Quality Assurance SupervisorThe Manufacturing Floor and Quality Assurance Supervisor is a key role in managing the manufacturing process and ensuring high-quality products. Responsibilities include overseeing the floor team and fostering the development of both competence and commitment among team members. The individual aligns objectives, development levels, and leadership styles, conduct timely performance reviews, and support team members in adhering to safety protocols and maintaining consistent quality standards. The incumbent in this position is expected to model the following practices on a daily basis: Demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values; Collaborate with key internal/external resources; Participate in ongoing self-development.
