Job description
Robinson Fans, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated General Manager for our Salt Lake City, Utah manufacturing facility. The GM leads overall operations, safety, quality, and profitability, driving continuous improvement and a high-performance culture.
You will oversee production, scheduling, staffing, budgeting, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, sales, and supply chain to meet customer requirements and company goals.
