Job description
Teamprovide seeks an onsite HR leader to oversee all human resources functions at a manufacturing facility. You will partner with plant leadership to build a safe, engaged, and productive workforce, lead recruiting and onboarding for hourly production staff, and coach supervision on performance and discipline.
Role includes employee relations, investigations, compliance, and collaboration with EHS on safety.
