Job description
Catalytic Combustion Corporation, based in Bloomer, WI, is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead HR strategy across the organization, including talent acquisition, performance management, compensation, benefits, and compliance. You will partner with executives, counsel managers on policy, conduct investigations, and drive a positive, compliant workplace.
You will oversee HRIS, workforce planning, and recruitment in support of manufacturing operations.
