Job description
Applied Optoelectronics, Inc. (AOI) seeks an experienced HR Business Partner to lead employee relations and coaching for production managers and supervisors as our manufacturing operations scale in Sugar Land, TX.
You will build trust on the floor, resolve investigations, and drive fair outcomes with sound judgment. This 100% onsite role supports hourly and temporary staff across office, warehouse, and clean-room environments, with a schedule 11 AM–8 PM and occasional travel within the Houston
