Manufacturing LaborerTradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Manufacturing Laborers for projects located in the Tri Cites, WA area. This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $22-28/hour based on experience and skill level. If you are a Manufacturing Laborer eager to grow and learn in the trades alongside the best Craft Professionals in the industry, this is your chance to launch your career!Job Scope:Load materials into machines and operate equipment safely and efficientlyMonitor product quality and make adjustments as neededPackage finished products and prepare them for shipmentComplete required production documentation and logsMaintain a clean, safe work environmentReport equipment issues or quality problems to supervisorsSet up, adjust, and operate production machines based on specificationsPerform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipmentMonitor machine performance and output quality throughout shiftsEnsure machines comply with safety and quality standardsRead and interpret work orders, technical sheets, and production specificationsBe Safe from fraud!
