Manufacturing Line OperatorNow hiring for a Manufacturing Line Operator Location: Orange, CA Pay Rate: $19.00 – $20.50 per hour Schedules Available:1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AMBuilt to Last. It's steady work with good pay, benefits, and a team that respects your effort.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED required.Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsSome manufacturing experience preferredExperience in food manufacturing, nutraceutical manufacturing, or similar production environments is a plusMechanical aptitude preferredBasic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentage calculationsAbility to follow written instructions, batch records, safety procedures, and quality standardsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityJob DutiesMeasure and weigh raw materials according to Manufacturing Batch Records (MBR)Set up, operate, and monitor gummy production equipment, including kettles, depositors, and cooling tunnelsAdd and mix ingredients while maintaining proper process flowMonitor cooking processes and perform pH and brix measurementsInspect gummies for quality and ensure products meet specificationsSpread finished product onto drying traysComplete manufacturing documentation, logbooks, labeling records, and batch recordsClean and sanitize production equipment and work areasOperate and maintain tray washing equipmentTroubleshoot production issues and communicate concerns to supervisorsFollow GMP, SOP, safety, and quality standards at all timesPhysical CapabilitiesAbility to stand for up to 90% of the shiftAbility to lift 20-30 pounds regularlyAbility to occasionally lift up to 50 poundsAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentBenefitsCompetitive Weekly PayComprehensive Benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage.Life and Disability Insurance for added peace of mind.Optional 401(k) Plan to help you prepare for the future.Safety-Focused Manufacturing Environment with opportunities for advancement and skill development."Great shifts and decent pay." – Staffmark Production AssociateAs a Manufacturing Line Operator you will support daily manufacturing operations by assembling products, operating production equipment, inspecting finished goods, packaging materials, maintaining production standards, and following established work instructions. You will help keep production areas clean and organized, monitor product quality, meet production goals, and contribute to safe, efficient manufacturing operations.The Manufacturing Line Operator supports successful manufacturing operations through dependable production work, quality awareness, and teamwork. This role requires strong work habits, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safe manufacturing environments.Successful Manufacturing Line Operator candidates understand manufacturing procedures, production quality, and workplace expectations while maintaining productivity throughout every shift.This career is well suited for individuals who enjoy active manufacturing work.
