Coil Winding Technician – Weekend ShiftLocation: Panama City, FLShift: Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM (with overtime as needed)Reports To: Production SupervisorFLSA Status: Non-ExemptCompensation: $22 per hourOvertime Opportunities: 3rd shift team members are typically able to pick up additional hours Monday through Thursday to help reach a full 40-hour week, with additional overtime available beyond that when opportunities arise.Build Something That Powers the WorldAt Central Moloney, our Coil Winding Technicians are more than machine operators — they're precision builders who help power homes, cities, and industries. Come join a team where your work truly matters.What You'll DoOperate coil winding machines with accuracy and care.Follow blueprints, specifications, and detailed instructions to produce precise coils.Load materials, adjust machine settings, and ensure everything runs smoothly.Wind wire around cores/forms to exact specifications.Use hand tools to cut, strip, and shape wire.Assemble components and perform quality checks.Maintain safety, cleanliness, and a continuous improvement mindset.Additional duties as assigned.
