Job description
Manufacturing Machine OperatorThe Advanced Manufacturing Machine Operator is responsible for programming and operating CNC and robotic fabrication equipment used to process structural steel components. This role is ideal for someone who is mechanically inclined, enjoys working with technology, and is interested in learning advanced manufacturing equipment.High school diploma or GED preferredStrong mechanical aptitude and basic computer skillsInterest in CNC machines, robotics, automation, or manufacturingAbility to read a tape measure, blueprints, and shop drawingsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsDependable with a strong work ethicAbility to work safely in a fast-paced steel fabrication environmentPrevious experience with CNC machines, fabrication, welding, machining, or equipment operation is preferred but not requiredProgram, set up, and operate CNC and robotic fabrication equipmentRead shop drawings and production informationLoad machine programs and verify measurementsProduce accurate steel components that meet quality standardsInspect finished parts for quality and accuracyAdjust machine settings and troubleshoot basic issuesPerform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenanceTrack production and material usageWork with the fabrication and quality teams to meet production goalsMaintain a safe, clean, and organized work areaHealth, Dental, Vision, and Disability InsurancePaid Time Off (PTO)Paid Holidays401(k) with Employer Match (100% Vested from Day One)Weekly PayAll offers of employment are contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
