Manufacturing AssociatesWe are looking to hire two candidates for the Machine Shop as Manufacturing Associates. Please see the job description below:Position summary:Perform sub-assemblies, part mark, deburr sharp edges, and clean machining debris from parts, and move material to and from the work center.Responsibilities include small parts assembly, using hand tools and grinders to remove sharp edges, cleaning debris from machined parts, following shop schedules to locate parts and reload the machining center with work while delivering completed parts to the next work center, moving material via forklift or pallet jack, and miscellaneous duties that apply to a manufacturing environment.Minimum Qualifications:Strong mechanical aptitude and work ethicExperience Driving Forklift (Sit-Down)Excellent problem-solving skillsMust be willing to work within strict safety, quality, and efficiency standardsGood listening/learning skills, adaptive, and willing to work with othersSome manufacturing experience is a plusMust be able to follow written and verbal instructionsAbility to lift up to 30 lbs.Must follow strict safety apparel requirementsPunctuality is a must
