That's what makes us Roche.The Opportunity:The schedule for 3rd shift is 10:30pm - 7am Monday - Friday.Supervises daily activities of maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with company policies/procedures.Trains, develops, and mentors direct reportsSupervises and leads a team involved in the maintenance of production equipment taking into account production schedules and priorities.Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.Conducts regular performance evaluations, provides feedback, and addresses any performance or disciplinary issues as needed.Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.Assists other supervisors on different shifts as needed.Competencies:Advanced SAP skillsStrong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skillsDemonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teamsEffective resource planning skillsAbility to work in a fast paced work environment while maintaining attention to detailWho You Are:Associate's Degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline or equivalent military / trade experience.3 years experience in an operations or manufacturing environmentPreferences:Knowledge and application of Reliability MaintenanceBachelor's DegreePLM / Configuration ManagementAdditional Information:Relocation benefits are not available for this postingThis role is to work at our Indianapolis location on 9115 Hague Road, Indianapolis, IN 46256The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $77,100 - $143,100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance.
