Job description
Mechanical AssemblerA manufacturer in Phoenix builds power distribution equipment used in AI data centers, hospitals, and other critical facilities across the country. They have immediate openings and are hiring now for Mechanical Assemblers on their day shift team.It's a temp-to-hire role — Monday through Friday, consistent hours, with a real path to permanent if you're a good fit. The facility is temperature controlled, clean and new. Pay is $20/hr weekly pay with great benefits available.Job Duties:Assemble and install mechanical parts using hand & power tools and measuring devicesUse blueprints, diagrams, and schematics to accurately build productsInspect and test completed assemblies to ensure quality standardsSchedule: Monday–Friday | 5:00 AM – 1:30 PMOvertime available per business needsPay: $20.00 per hourJob Requirements:At least 6 months of experience in a previous mechanical assembly, framing, construction, automotive service technician or even an auto mechanic role where you used Impact Drivers, Power Drills & Torque Wrenches.Experience using blueprints for assembly tasks or building projectsComfortable standing throughout shift and lifting items weighing up to 50 lbsBenefits offered by Verstela to temporary employees:MedicalDentalVisionShort-Term DisabilityTerm Life and AD&DIdentity Theft ProtectionPrescription Plan401(k) Retirement Savings PlanLocation: Phoenix, AZ 85034 (This location is not accessible by public transit — personal transportation needed)Interested in this Mechanical Assembler role?
