Why Apply?Full-time opportunitiesConsistent weekday scheduleOvertime available for extra earning potentialSupportive work environmentOpportunities for growthResponsibilities:Assemble foam, wood, and packaging productsOperate hand tools, power tools, saws, nail guns, and other manufacturing equipmentRead work orders, blueprints, and production instructionsMeasure, inspect, and verify product quality throughout productionSet up materials and prepare products for shipmentComplete production documentation and quality recordsPerform first-piece and in-process inspectionsFollow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work areaCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsLift and move materials weighing up to 50-75 lbs.Remain active and on your feet throughout the shiftDesired Background/Skills:Manufacturing, production, assembly, or machine operation experience preferredAbility to safely operate hand and power toolsStrong attention to detail and quality standardsAbility to read measurements and follow written instructionsReliable attendance and strong work ethicCommitment to workplace safetyTeam-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn new skillsOther Information:1st Shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM2nd Shift: Monday-Friday, 3:30 PM – 12:00 AMOptional Overtime AvailableDon’t miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!
