Job description
Carlton Forge Works, part of Precision Castparts, seeks a Director of Operations in Paramount, CA, to lead forging and supporting operations, drive safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance, and transform processes for continuous improvement.
The role requires 7–10+ years of manufacturing leadership, strong financial acumen, and a proven track record in Lean/CI within aerospace/defense environments. Relocation is authorized, with a competitive base salary and executive bonus eligibility.
