C&S Machine and Manufacturing in LaGrange is looking for a Director of Operations to lead manufacturing operations and drive the next phase of growth. This hands-on role involves overseeing production, engineering, and supply chain while improving operational performance and developing teams.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience. Skills in Lean Manufacturing and financial acumen will be critical for success in this position. A strong focus on accountability and operational excellence is expected.
