Job OpportunityThe Precision Meso-scale Technology Center (PMTC) in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA provides precision-machined components that power Client's industry-leading electronic measurement equipment.In this full-time role, you will support all Hand Operations, including Heat Treat, Cleaning, Sort, and Deburr processes on day shift. Through on?the?job training, you will be responsible for delivering operational excellence by processing parts through manual and automated operations, including performing visual inspections and assembly tasks under a microscope.Manual dexterity and fine motor skills are essential in this position.Client seeks a self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment and values teamwork.Skills:Basic Windows PC and Microsoft Excel useStrong manual dexterityHigh?volume parts inspection and handlingMicroscopic inspectionPart Cleaning and handlingPart sorting using specialized tools/equipmentManufacturing Execution System (MES) experienceEducation:High School diploma or equivalentAbility to read and converse in English
