Corning is seeking an Operations Team Leader to drive production performance at our Fairport, NY facility—a 3-shift environment where your leadership will shape team capability, output quality, and continuous improvement. In this hands-on role you will supervise hourly associates, own production results, and partner across the organization to improve efficiency and reduce cost.
A Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years supervisory experience are common requirements.
