Job description
Corning Inc. is seeking an Operations Team Leader in Fairport, NY, to drive production performance in a three-shift environment. You will supervise hourly associates, own area results, and partner across the organization to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of supervisory manufacturing experience, and Lean/DMAIC expertise. Yellow/Green Belt certification is preferred. This position does not sponsor immigration.
