Manufacturing OperatorCoWorx is seeking a motivated and versatile Manufacturing Operator to join our production team in Dover, NH. In this role, you will perform a variety of production tasks including bonding, assembly, filling, packing, and inspection in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality products while meeting production goals.Responsibilities:Perform bonding, assembly, filling, packing, and inspection of products in accordance with established proceduresSet up, operate, and maintain production equipment to ensure efficiency and product qualityMonitor machines to ensure they run smoothly, at capacity, and produce high-quality outputAdjust machine settings as needed to meet specifications and production timelinesInspect products throughout the process to ensure compliance with quality standardsIdentify and communicate any quality or production issues and escalate as neededMaintain accurate production and time documentationPackage and label finished products properlyEnsure material and product traceability throughout the production processPerform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshootingDesired Background/Skills:High school diploma or GED requiredBasic computer skillsAbility to work independently or as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsFlexibility to adapt to different tasks and prioritiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production quotasWillingness to work overtime as neededReliable attendance is essentialOther Information:Opportunity to learn and operate a variety of machines and processesGain hands-on experience across multiple areas of productionFast-paced environment with opportunities to build and grow your skillsStable, full-time role in a key production positionWork both independently and as part of a supportive teamDevelop strong technical and problem-solving skills in manufacturingConsistent schedule with potential for overtimeDon't miss out on this excellent opportunity to join a hardworking, supportive team- apply with us today to get started!CoWorx is an equal opportunity employer dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive team.
