Manufacturing OperatorLocation: Fairview, MI Starting Wage: $15.91/hour (shift premiums were applicable)Job SummaryWe are seeking reliable Manufacturing Operators to safely operate equipment, produce quality parts, and support our manufacturing team in a fast-paced production environment.Why Join Us?Starting wage: $15.91/hourShift premiums available on eligible shiftsTemp-to-hire opportunityTypical conversion to permanent employment in 4-6 monthsPay increase to $16.49/hour upon conversionTop wage of $19.20/hour within approximately 18 monthsMedical, dental, and vision benefits after conversionWhat You'll DoOperate production machinery safely and efficientlyProduce parts that meet customer specifications and manufacturing requirementsRead and follow work instructions and specificationsComplete required production and quality documentationMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED preferredAbility to read and understand work instructions and production documentsBasic math skills for measurements, data collection, and quality checksStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityDependable attendance and work ethicWork Environment & Physical RequirementsManufacturing floor environmentProlonged standing, walking, bending, and lifting as requiredAbility to work scheduled shift and overtime as neededWear required Personal Protective EquipmentEmployment & BenefitsThis position begins as a contingent assignment through one of our staffing partners.
