Job description
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, preferably in an environment involving material blending, mixing, and granulation processes.
The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment, handling and blending raw materials, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and according to established quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing and production equipment safely and efficiently.
Measure, weigh, and prepare raw materials according to established formulas and production instructions.
Perform blending and mixing of materials and assist with granulation processes.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), batch records, and work instructions.
Monitor production processes and equipment to ensure consistent product quality.
Perform in-process inspections and document production results accurately.
Perform routine equipment cleaning and basic troubleshooting as required.
Work collaboratively with production, quality, maintenance, and other team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
2+ years of Pharmaceutical or biomedical manufacturing or production experience.
Experience with blending, mixing, material handling, or granulation strongly preferred.
Ability to read and follow written procedures, batch records, and work instructions.
Willingness to follow all safety and PPE requirements.
Experience operating industrial manufacturing or processing equipment. xhqgsiq
