All positions require the following: Maintaining an awareness of and following procedures, If procedures fail to result in desired outcome notifying supervisor, Being involved in updates to procedures and suggesting improvementsSkills and Qualifications:1 years of manufacturing experienceExceptional organization and decision-making skills.Must be at work and on time consistentlyMust be able to follow detailed instructions to produce productsMust be able to stand all day, lift 75 pounds frequently, move, bend, and manipulate machinery to blend chemicalsAbility to promote and maintain a safe work environment.Forklift certification and/or trainingDemonstrated experience leading change and driving improvement.Ability to understand and effectively relate to employees at all levels.
