Working here will make you feel like you're part of a family that works together to make a difference and help nourish millions of families around the world.What You'll Work OnSafely operate both complex and standard high-speed production equipment that makes our industry-leading nutrition productsMaintain inventory of packaging materialsComplete workorder documentationPerform quality checksClean equipment and the production environmentTroubleshoot equipment issuesYou'll be accountable for meeting our compliance standards including FDA, OSHA and Abbott policies and procedures.ShiftThis is for the night shift. Example of shift:Shift Hours: 6pm to 6:30 am, on a rotating basis.Week One: Mon - On / Tues - On / Weds - Off / Thurs - Off / Fri - On / Sat - On / Sun - OnWeek Two: Mon - Off / Tues - Off / Weds - On / Thurs - On / Fri - Off / Sat - Off / Sun - OffRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED6 months prior manufacturing experienceGood written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, analytical troubleshooting skills and the ability to multitaskPreferred QualificationsKnowledge of applicable regulatory standards and requirements for infant formula and nutritionalsExperience with tools and equipment related to the position or experience as a Sr. Production Equipment Operator is desiredThe base pay for this position is $19.05 – $38.15 per hour. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
