Job description
EverPeak Recruitment is conducting an exclusive search for a Director of Operations on behalf of a growing Central New York manufacturer. The role oversees manufacturing, production planning, quality, supply chain, logistics and maintenance.
With about 50 employees across two shifts, this hands-on position requires building teams, improving processes, and creating scalable operational systems. The Director reports to the President and leads Lean manufacturing initiatives to drive growth.
