Manufacturing PaintersSnelling Staffing of Canton is hiring for two manufacturing painters for a plant in Mansfield, OH!Weekly pay!$21.39 per hour!Shift: Monday – Friday 6:00 AM – 2:30 PMDescription: Apply coatings such as paint, varnish, stain, enamel, or lacquer to protect and finish surfaces. Work primarily in a blast booth to remove rust, old paint, and debris from metal parts. Prepare surfaces using sandpaper, brushes, steel wool, scrapers, or other tools. Follow work orders and instructions from supervisors to complete jobs accurately. Ensure surfaces are clean and smooth before painting.Training & Workflow: You'll start working full-time in the blast booth until you're fully trained. Over time, you'll transition into painting, with a goal of spending no more than 50% of your time blasting. No prior experience required — we'll train the right person. Must be aware that role is physically demanding. The hose has a lot of air/blast media going through it and the operator has to control it.Work Environment: Industrial setting working with metal materials. Blast booth work requires wearing a full-body enclosed suit with supplied air. This is a physically demanding role — you'll be handling high-pressure blasting equipment.What We're Looking For: Willingness to learn and follow instructions. Comfortable with hands-on, physical work. Dependable and safety-focused.
