Location: Monroe, WA | Onsite
Pay Rate: $33.00 – $46.00/hr
Employment Type: Contract to Hire
Shift: Day

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
We are seeking a Manufacturing Estimator & Planner for a precision parts manufacturer specializing in CNC machined, formed, and assembled components — a great opportunity for someone with experience in cost estimating, production planning, and ERP systems looking to further their career in advanced manufacturing.
Analyze customer orders, drawings, and specifications to determine manufacturing requirements; review incoming bid opportunities for scope and alignment with production capabilities
Estimate manufacturing times and tooling costs, obtain material and outside-process quotes, and determine economical lot sizes
Build and maintain detailed manufacturing plans in ERP (Epicor Kinetic or equivalent), capturing all material, production, and inspection requirements with proper revision control
Identify non-recurring expenses for new or modified parts and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure accurate ERP data supporting all downstream production processes
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
2+ years of experience in manufacturing estimating and/or production planning; background in machining, sheet metal, or complex assembly required
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (Epicor Kinetic preferred); skilled in blueprint reading and GD&T interpretation; CAD software experience (CATIA) a plus
Associate’s degree or higher required; must be a U.S. person (citizen, permanent resident, or protected status) per U.S. export control regulations
