Job description
North Little Rock, AR-based manufacturing leadership role at Eaton requiring 10+ years of progressive responsibility in manufacturing and 5+ years of people management. The position includes significant travel (up to 75%) to Minden, LA for training within the first 18 months and an emphasis on Lean, continuous improvement, and cross-functional leadership.
ITAR compliance applies; US persons only. Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Industrial Technology is required; MBA is a plus.
