The Role:

Our site inSan Luis Obispo is seeking aPoint of Use Technician to join our team.ThePoint of use Purifier Technician 1 positionis responsible forperforming tasks related to building our point of use Purifiers. This includes but not limited to manufacturing various subassemblies toengineeringspecifications, testingfinished products, Product safetylabelingand conducting Quality visualinspections. This position is expected to alwaysoperatein a safe manner andcomply withall applicable work instructions.

WhatYou'llDo:

Performs various operations on the productin accordance withthe work orders, process recordinstructionsand photographic library with supervision.

Build products to the released drawings,verifiesproduct visually,ensuresproduct is consistent with established specifications with supervision.

Responsible for the aesthetics symmetry of the product, using a variety of methods which mayincludeetching, bead blasting,cleaningand labeling of purifier.

Test purifiers bypreformingleak checks following SEMI S2 specifications.

Ensures all products are packagedperpackaging specifications.

Finalizes all required paperwork thoroughly andtimely(i.e.Production orders, POU logs, Labels, etc.).

Completes miscellaneoustasks asassigned in support of the larger organization and production goals.

Prioritize work tomaintainor increase On-Time Shipmentsin accordance withlead/managersdirection.

Use various hand tools to complete tasks assigned

Complete 6S responsibilities (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain, safety) as directed

Maintains a clean and safe work area. Wear required Personal Protective Equipment. Performs duties in a safe manner andobservesapproved safety procedures. Communicates potential hazardsimmediatelyto supervisor

Work with a team as well as independently when needed

Any other duties as assigned.

What We Seek:

High School Diploma or equivalent

0-1 years'experiencemechanical assembly and/or relevant experience

Ability to learn to navigate through operating system to findBOMs, drawings and instructions

Ability to lift and/or move up to50lbsdaily

Ability to climb ladders and be on your feet for extended periods of time

Ability to pay attention to detail to drive plant safety and product quality

Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

Ability to learn howtohandle material responsibly

Ability to use and computer and learn basic data entry

Dependability and flexibility to workovertimeand weekends to support business needs
