Manufacturing Machine OperatorAt Crane Currency, we manufacture advanced security features that protect U.S. and global currency. Every day, our operators play a direct role in producing products that are trusted around the world.Crane Currency is hiring experienced Manufacturing Machine Operators (Press Operators, Production Operators, and Machine Technicians) to join our Operations team in Nashua, NH on 3rd shift.If you have experience operating manufacturing equipment, production machinery, printing presses, converting equipment, extrusion equipment, or other large-scale industrial machinery, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable global manufacturer.What You'll DoOperate and monitor manufacturing equipment, presses, and production machinerySet up, adjust, troubleshoot, and optimize machine performanceInspect raw materials and finished products to meet strict quality requirementsIdentify defects, resolve production issues, and document manufacturing dataUtilize test equipment, inspection systems, and quality toolsFollow detailed safety procedures and standardized work instructionsCross-train across multiple machines and manufacturing processesSupport continuous improvement, production efficiency, and operational excellenceWhat You'll GetBase + 20% shift diff starting at $30 - 34.80/hr (based on experience)Shift schedule: Monday – Friday 10:00pm – 6:00amWork that supports U.S. and global currency securityTraining on advanced equipment which provides paths to certifications, pay increases and promotions.Long-term stability with a company operating since the early 1800sImportant note: This role starts through a trusted agency partner while Public Trust clearance is completed. After clearance, training, and meeting performance expectations, you'll be considered for permanent employment with Crane Currency.What We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Printing Press Operator, Press Operator, Flexographic Press Operator, Offset Press Operator, Gravure Press Operator, Coating Line Operator, Laminating Line Operator, Converting Operator, Extrusion Operator, Manufacturing Technician, Production Technician, or Large-Scale Industrial Equipment Operator. Experience operating and troubleshooting complex, continuous-process manufacturing equipment is highly preferred.Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience operating, monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining manufacturing equipmentAbility to follow detailed work instructions, quality standards, and safety proceduresComfortable working with computer-based production and inspection systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentU.S. Citizen able to meet Public Trust requirementsWhat Drives Our Team:We are a passionate team of 1,300 creators and problem solvers, united by our purpose, we give people confidence every day in moments that matter.
