Manufacturing Press Machine Operators WantedCrane Currency is hiring experienced Manufacturing Press Machine Operators to join our Operations team in Nashua, NH on ALL shifts. If you have experience operating and/or troubleshooting printing presses (Flexographic, Offset, Digital), manufacturing equipment, production machinery, converting equipment, CNC machines, extrusion equipment, or other industrial machinery, this is an opportunity to build a long-term career with a stable global manufacturer. Every day, our operators play a direct role in producing products that are trusted around the world.What You'll DoOperate and monitor manufacturing equipment, presses, and production machinerySet up, adjust, troubleshoot, and optimize machine performanceInspect raw materials and finished products to meet strict quality requirementsIdentify defects, resolve production issues, and document manufacturing dataUtilize test equipment, inspection systems, and quality toolsFollow detailed safety procedures and standardized work instructionsCross-train across multiple machines and manufacturing processesSupport continuous improvement, production efficiency, and operational excellenceWhat You'll GetBase pay starting at $25 - $29/hour (based on experience)Shift differentials: 15% (2nd shift), 20% (3rd shift)Work that supports U.S. and global currency securityTraining on advanced equipment and paths to certificationLong-term stability with a company operating since the early 1800sImportant note: This role starts through a trusted agency partner while Public Trust clearance is completed. After clearance, training, and meeting performance expectations, you'll be considered for permanent employment with Crane Currency.Shift schedules1st: 6:00AM - 2:00PM (Mon-Fri)2nd: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Mon–Fri)3rd: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Mon–Fri)What We're Looking ForPrevious experience as a Machine Operator, Manufacturing Operator, Production Operator, Press Operator, Printing Press Operator, Equipment Operator, Maintenance Technicians, Manufacturing Technician, Production Technician, CNC Operator, Converting Operator, Extrusion Operator, Slitter Operator, or similar technical manufacturing roleStrong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skillsExperience operating, monitoring, adjusting, and maintaining manufacturing equipmentAbility to follow detailed work instructions, quality standards, and safety proceduresComfortable working with computer-based production and inspection systemsHigh school diploma or equivalentReliable, safety-focused team playerU.S. Citizen able to meet Public Trust requirementsWhat Drives Our Team:We are a passionate team of 1,300 creators and problem solvers, united by our purpose, we give people confidence every day in moments that matter.
