Manufacturing Operator And Press Machine Operator OpportunitiesCrane Currency is hiring Manufacturing Operators and Press Machine Operators at our Nashua, NH facility. We manufacture advanced security features used in U.S. currency and banknotes around the world.Current Opportunities & Pay:Manufacturing Operators: Starting at $22.50/hour. Paid training is available, and no experience is required for select openings.Press Machine Operators: Starting at $25 to $29/hour, based on experience.Available Shifts:1st Shift: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Monday through Friday2nd Shift: 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday through Friday, plus 15% differential3rd Shift: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Mon through Friday, plus 20% differentialWeekend Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM, Fri through Sun (Work 36 get paid for 40) plus 20% differentialHow You'll Make an Impact:Depending on your position and experience, you may:Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, presses, coaters, slitters, converting equipment, and other production machineryInspect materials and finished products, identify defects, document production data, and maintain strict quality standardsFollow detailed safety procedures and standardized work instructions while helping the team meet production goalsCross-train on specialized equipment and high-security manufacturing processes.What We're Looking For:Reliable, safety-focused team players with strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to follow detailed work instructions and quality standardsHigh school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience is helpful but not required for select Manufacturing Operator openingsPress Operator candidates should have mechanical aptitude, troubleshooting skills, and experience with presses, printing, converting, CNC, extrusion, or similar industrial equipmentU.S. citizenship and the ability to meet Public Trust requirementsWhy Join Crane Currency?Competitive pay and shift differentialsPaid training and opportunities to build specialized skillsMedical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) company match and paid time offAnnual pay increases and bonus eligibility for qualifying positionsOpportunities for certification and career advancementStable, long-term work supporting U.S. and global currency securitySome operator positions may begin through a trusted staffing partner while Public Trust clearance is completed.
