Job description
Thermcraft in Winston-Salem, NC is seeking a Product Design Engineer – Manufacturing to own the lifecycle from concept to production. You will split time between creative product design (CAD modelling, prototyping) and industrial process optimization (DFM, workflow efficiency).
Collaborate with production, sales, engineering, purchasing and leadership to deliver reliable furnace, oven, heater and thermal system solutions while ensuring safety, quality and manufacturability.
