Manufacturing Machine Operator – 3rd ShiftLewisburg, TNOverviewNow Hiring – Manufacturing Machine Operators!We are currently hiring experienced and dependable Manufacturing Machine Operators for a full-time opportunity in the Lewisburg, TN area. This position involves operating and monitoring high-speed manufacturing equipment used to produce corrugated packaging products. The ideal candidate will have previous manufacturing or production experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment.Pay & ScheduleStarting pay: $18+ per hour3rd ShiftFull-timeOvertime may be availableMust be willing to work weekends as needed12-hour shifts may be requiredWhat You'll DoSet up, operate, and monitor high-speed production machinery.Adjust equipment to meet production specifications and product requirements.Monitor production throughout the shift to ensure quality and efficiency.Inspect finished products for defects and make necessary adjustments.Read and follow production orders and specifications.Perform basic preventative maintenance and troubleshoot equipment issues.Work closely with supervisors and other team members to meet production goals.Safely load and handle production materials.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA requirements.Help minimize equipment downtime and maintain consistent production.Background RequirementCandidates must have a clean criminal background for the past 7 years.Why Apply?This is a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, machine operation, production, warehouse, or mechanical experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity with competitive pay.Skills and ExperiencePrevious manufacturing or production experience preferred.Experience operating machinery or high-speed production equipment is a plus.Ability to read and follow production orders and work instructions.Basic math skills.Ability to read a tape measure.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good communication and teamwork skills.Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment is a plus.Reliable attendance and transportation.Ability to work 3rd shift, overtime, weekends, and extended shifts when required.Physical RequirementsThis is a physically active manufacturing position.
