Job Store Staffing is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Production Manager for a client in the Littleton, CO area! This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in manufacturing, fabrication, and production operations.

The ideal candidate will have experience overseeing multiple departments, managing shop floor operations, and improving production efficiency while maintaining high standards of safety and quality. We are looking for someone with strong mechanical knowledge who is comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and leading teams to meet production goals.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $85,000–$100,000 per year , depending on experience.

Manufacturing Production Manager Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily manufacturing, fabrication, and assembly operations to ensure production schedules and quality standards are met.
Lead, supervise, and coordinate employees across multiple production departments.
Manage shop floor workflow, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to maximize efficiency.
Oversee machinery and equipment operations, ensuring proper maintenance and compliance with safety procedures.
Train, mentor, and develop production employees on equipment operation, safety standards, and best practices.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity, minimize downtime, and reduce waste.
Troubleshoot mechanical and operational issues to maintain production efficiency.
Collaborate with Operations, Purchasing, and other departments to coordinate production needs.
Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, supplies, and production components.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive work environment.
Manufacturing Production Manager Qualifications
Previous production management or supervisory experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or assembly environment is required.
Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and equipment.
Experience working with CNC machines, forklifts, power tools, and hand tools.
Previous warehouse experience and an understanding of inventory management and logistics.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage employees across multiple departments.
Experience improving production processes, workflow efficiency, and overall productivity.
Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on manufacturing environment.
Physical Requirements
Ability to frequently lift and carry items weighing more than 50 pounds.
Ability to lift and hold items exceeding 50 pounds overhead.
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
Comfortable working in a shop environment with exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions. xzgxqkn
