Production System Operator - 1st ShiftSchedule: Tuesday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Mondays: As neededThe Production System Operator is responsible for operating, monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining production equipment across multiple manufacturing systems. This role supports material processing, product quality, packaging, and equipment performance while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.Key Responsibilities:Operate and monitor production line equipment with minimal supervisionPerform equipment setup, troubleshooting, and process adjustmentsConduct quality inspections and testing proceduresComplete production documentation and inventory transactionsFollow production standards and packaging requirementsPerform routine equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenanceOperate forklifts, skid steers, and other material handling equipmentMaintain housekeeping and 6S standardsParticipate in safety initiatives and continuous improvement activitiesWire Removal Machine Operator - 3rd ShiftSchedule: Tuesday - Friday, 7:00 PM - 6:00 AM Mondays: Occasional overtime as neededThe Wire Removal Machine Operator is responsible for operating specialized equipment that processes recycled tires into approximately ¾-inch rubber chips while removing embedded tire wire. This position requires machine operation experience, a strong commitment to safety, and the ability to perform equipment cleaning and maintenance.Key Responsibilities:Operate tire grinding and wire removal equipmentMonitor material flow and equipment performance throughout productionEnsure rubber chips meet quality specificationsRemove and manage recovered tire wire materialsOperate a sit-down forklift to transport materials and finished productsConduct routine inspections and identify mechanical issuesPerform cleaning and preventative maintenance activitiesSafely enter equipment for cleaning and maintenance following lockout/tagout proceduresMaintain accurate production recordsKeep work areas clean, organized, and safety compliantBuffering Machine OperatorThe Buffering Machine Operator will be responsible for operating equipment used in the tire processing operation while ensuring quality, safety, and production goals are achieved.
