Position Responsibilities: The Manufacturing Supervisor ensures equipment is in working order and that working conditions are safe at all times. You will manage the overall package and product quality, ensuring standards and specifications are maintained. The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for the production process, making periodic checks and adjusts equipment or work practices. As the Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for staffing, training, and developing the members of the team. Additionally, you will need to adhere within labor and OPEX budget.
