Manufacturing Production SupervisorThe Gund Company is seeking a Manufacturing Production Supervisor to lead daily operations in our Euless, Texas facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys developing employees, improving processes, and driving operational excellence.As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee production team members, coordinate workflow, monitor key performance metrics, and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and delivery goals are achieved. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can coach employees, solve problems, and use data to make informed decisions.What You'll DoLead and supervise daily manufacturing operations.Coach, mentor, and develop production employees.Monitor productivity, efficiency, quality, and delivery metrics.Coordinate staffing, scheduling, and production priorities.Analyze production data and identify opportunities for improvement.Troubleshoot manufacturing challenges and implement corrective actions.Partner with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Leadership teams to achieve operational goals.Conduct team meetings, communicate expectations, and promote accountability.Support employee training, onboarding, and performance management.Ensure compliance with safety standards, work instructions, and company policies.RequirementsWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsPrevious manufacturing leadership or supervisory experience.Strong leadership, coaching, and employee development skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced production environment.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and production reporting tools.Preferred QualificationsExperience using ERP/MRP systems.Experience tracking and analyzing manufacturing KPIs, including efficiency, utilization, productivity, quality, and delivery metrics.Experience with continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis, Kaizen, 5 Why, or Fishbone methodologies.Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of manufacturing experience and education.Why Join The Gund Company?Competitive salary starting at $73,000+Comprehensive benefits packageOpportunities for career growth and advancementStable, growing manufacturing companyTeam-oriented culture focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvementIf you're a manufacturing leader who enjoys developing people, improving processes, and delivering results, we'd love to hear from you.Apply today and grow your career with The Gund Company!
