Job description
PCT - Pacific Cast Technologies, part of PCC Structurals, seeks a Manufacturing Supervisor for the Weekend Day Shift in our precision metal casting facility. Lead a team of hourly employees to safely deliver high-quality cast components for aerospace and industrial customers. Oversee daily production, staffing, and scheduling while enforcing strict safety and quality standards. Use lean tools, data, and standard work to improve throughput, reduce scrap, and solve problems at the source. Collaborate closely with quality, engineering, and maintenance. Coach and develop team members in a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
