Job description
Hormel Foods Corporation is seeking a Team Leader to guide production operations in our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will supervise a line team to achieve safety, quality, and output targets while modeling Hormel’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement. You will coordinate daily schedules, staffing, and resources; enforce safety and food safety standards; and use data to drive process improvements. The Team Leader coaches and develops employees, supports cross-training, partners with quality, maintenance, and supply chain, and helps build an inclusive, high-performance culture with opportunities for long-term career growth.
