Job description
Hormel Foods Corporation is seeking a Team Leader for our Algona manufacturing facility. This role leads a production team to safely meet daily output, quality, and food safety standards. The Team Leader schedules and assigns work, monitors line performance, and troubleshoots issues to minimize downtime. Responsibilities include training and coaching employees, enforcing safety and GMP procedures, reviewing production data, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has manufacturing or food processing experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
