These positions play an important role in producing high-quality fiberglass pools, spas, swim spas, and auto pool covers, and related components.Depending on your experience and interests, opportunities may exist in areas such as:Fiberglass laminationAssembly and finishingWelding and fabricationMaterial preparationFoam and gelcoat applicationsProduct handling and loadingQuality inspectionWarehouse and production supportSewing and fabric assemblyLoading and distributionWhat You'll DoResponsibilities will vary by position but may include:Performing hands-on production work in a manufacturing environmentOperating tools and equipment used in fiberglass, metal fabrication, or fabric assemblyFollowing safety procedures and company quality standardsWorking collaboratively with team members and supervisorsMaintaining a clean and organized work environmentMeeting production schedules and performance expectationsSupporting continuous improvement efforts across the production floorWhat We're Looking ForEducation & Experience:Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not always requiredExperience with fiberglass, composites, welding, fabrication, or sewing is a plusAbility to read basic instructions, follow procedures, and learn new processesHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredSkills & Qualifications:Strong work ethic and reliabilityAbility to work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentMechanical aptitude and willingness to learnTeam-oriented mindset with good communication skillsAbility to lift, move, and handle materials as required as required by the roleAbility to work in a manufacturing environment that may involve standing for extended periods and working in varying temperatures while following all safety and PPE requirementsWhy Explore Industries?We're proud of the products we build and the people who build them.
