Job description
A well-established, technologically advanced electronics manufacturer is seeking an experienced Program Manager to oversee customer programs from contract award through delivery and closeout.
The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring programs are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with customer, contractual, regulatory, and quality requirements . This individual will serve as the primary customer contact while leading cross-functional collaboration across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Finance, and other internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers.
Manage overall program performance, including cost, schedule, scope, quality, and risk.
Oversee customer order entry, change orders, scheduling, document control, and production planning.
Coordinate internal and external program communications.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and opportunities.
Support pricing, quoting, and proposal development.
Resolve issues impacting delivery, quality, or cost.
Provide senior leadership and customers with accurate program updates, reports, and presentations.
Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program execution and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Management, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of program management experience within a regulated industry.
Defense and/or Aerospace experience strongly preferred.
Experience within Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) or a manufacturing environment preferred.
CAPM or PMP certification is a plus.
Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies.
Excellent communication, organization, customer relationship, and problem-solving skills.
