Job description
LITEON Careers - U.S. is seeking a senior leader to direct the Manufacturing Quality Assurance organization across electronics, server, networking, and EMS manufacturing.
You will oversee QA engineers, inspectors, and IPQC/OQC, drive quality strategies, and ensure conformity to specs and customer requirements. You will shepherd quality improvements using 8D, A3, Fishbone, and 5-Why, while championing ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 compliance and LEAN/Six Sigma initiatives.
