Job description
Novolex is seeking a Manufacturing Quality Manager in Mooresville, NC to lead quality and continuous improvement across the plant. You will develop and maintain quality systems, analyze data, and work with R&D to implement product specifications and testing procedures.
The role requires 5-7 years in quality management in manufacturing, ASQ certification, and experience with BRC/GFSI/AIB audits. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and support cost reduction and process improvements.
