Manufacturing Quality Inspector Team LeaderSupplier Inspection Services, Inc. (SIS, Inc.) provides quality management support services that assist our clients manufacture and deliver high quality products. Our clients include component manufacturers in the Automotive, Aerospace, Appliance and general manufacturing industries.We are currently looking for qualified individuals in the Dayton, Ohio and surrounding areas who are looking for a challenge, interested in gaining experience in many areas of manufacturing processes and products and like the variety of handling different tasks and projects.Our Manufacturing Quality Inspector Team Leaders supervise other team members performing visual inspection and rework of manufactured parts either at one of our local facilities or where the parts are manufactured or stored.Starting pay Manufacturing Quality Inspector Team Leaders dependent on experience.Manufacturing Quality Inspector Team Leader job duties include but are not limited to:Responsible for assigned quality inspection personnelProvide training, guidance and oversight of team membersVerifies quality inspection personnel compliance with work instructions, procedures and policies through process and product auditsResponsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of documentation for all assigned projectsAs a working Team Leader, perform varied inspection tasks as requiredProvide performance feedback of assigned team membersQualificationsHS diploma or GED equivalencyBasic math skillsDetailed orientedGood interpersonal skills1-3 years of manufacturing experience is a plusKnowledge of inspection techniques is a plusMust have own vehicle and a valid driver's licenseAbility to work overtime and/or weekends as assignedMust be able to walk, stand, lift up to 25 pounds and perform repetitive tasks for an entire shiftWhat You'll Love About Working With UsVariety of work in various manufacturing plants and industriesMedical, Dental, Vision and Short-Term Disability, upon eligibilitySix (6) paid Holidays, upon eligibilityForty (40) hours of paid vacation, upon eligibilityRetirement Program, upon eligibilityBirthday, Work Anniversary and Employee of the Month recognition programAdvancement opportunities
