Job description
Associated Materials in North Carolina is seeking a Quality Team Lead to oversee daily quality activities in the plant, coordinate workloads with production, and develop on-the-job training to foster a collaborative, quality‑driven team.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 2–3 years in manufacturing as a lead, strong attention to detail, and the ability to read a tape measure; bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
