We encourage you to learn more about opportunities with Pioneer Metal Finishing and join our team today!As a Racker, you will:Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work ordersSafely handle customer products and tooling to prevent damagePerform visual inspections of parts before processingRecord production information accuratelyMonitor equipment to ensure proper operationMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures while working around industrial equipment and chemicalsThis is a hands-on, fast-paced general labor position in a manufacturing environment — perfect for someone dependable, safety-focused, and ready to work.What to Expect on the Job:Repetitive lifting up to 50 lbsExposure to heat, noise, and industrial equipmentWork around sharp parts, heavy carts, and process linesUse of hearing protection and other safety equipmentA team-oriented environment where attitude mattersWhat We're Looking For:Entry-level candidates welcome — no prior manufacturing experience requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferred (not required)Ability to effectively utilize language: speaking, reading, and writing.Must possess effective verbal and interpersonal communications skills.
