Become part of a team that thrives on excellence in a fast-changing, high-growth technology environment!Hyve Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented, hands-on, results-driven Manufacturing Repair Supervisor (2nd Shift) with proven communication skills and a strong work ethic to work in a challenging, fast-paced, energetic environment.Responsibilities:Manages a single department and/or shiftPerforms moderately complex troubleshooting.Dismantles, adjusts, repairs and assembles equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, operating or repair manuals, rough sketches or drawings.Uses test and diagnostic equipment to perform moderately complex checkouts.Rebuilds manufacturing equipment.Perform equipment modifications.Assist Quality and Training Tech in developing and enhancing procedures.Qualifications:In-depth product manufacturing comprehension including rationalesMust be able to read and understand technical training material, comprehend test procedures and perform correlations between test results and failures.Works on assignments that are semi-routine in nature.Ability to recognize deviation from accepted practice is required.Typically requires a minimum of 3-5 years of related experience Bachelor's degree or equivalentHyve Perks:Every Day is Casual Day • Company Discounts • Community Involvement Opportunities • Profit Sharing • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance • 401k • FSA & HSA • Paid Vacation, Holiday & Sick Days • Employee Stock Purchase Plan • Tuition Reimbursement • Live Well Work Well Program • And More@ HYVE Solutions, we believe employees are our greatest asset and we empower them to make a difference in our business.
