Your work will combine hands-on equipment operation, measurement, process control, and craftsmanship to produce materials used in some of the world's most demanding applications.This is an opportunity for a dependable manufacturing professional who enjoys working with industrial equipment, takes pride in precision work, and wants to develop specialized skills in advanced metals manufacturing.What You Can Build Here$20.50–$27.00 per hourBenefits starting Day One, including medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company match and retirement contributionPaid time off and paid company holidaysCareer development and internal growth opportunitiesHands-on training with specialized rolling equipment and precision manufacturing processesExperience working with advanced refractory metals and production technologiesA collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvementA career supporting products used across aerospace, defense, semiconductor, and energy industriesYour ScheduleThis is a full-time position at our Euclid, Ohio manufacturing facility.What You Will DoYou will operate rolling mill equipment and support related production processes to manufacture refractory metal products that meet customer, engineering, and quality requirements.Your work will include:Operate rolling mill equipment according to work orders and engineering specificationsPerform rolling, flattening, shearing, annealing, and other required production processesDevelop rolling pass schedules and monitor material throughout the rolling processInspect materials using precision measuring equipment and established visual quality standardsMonitor product quality throughout production and identify potential process or material issuesRecord production data, material traceability, and process information accurately in company systemsPerform equipment inspections, lubrication, and routine startup and shutdown proceduresOperate forklifts, lifts, and other material-handling equipment safelyFollow established production procedures and ISO quality requirementsSupport continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, quality, efficiency, and production performanceMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work areaSupport other manufacturing activities as production needs requireRequirementsAbout YouYou understand that producing high-quality material requires attention throughout the entire process. Equipment setup, measurements, process decisions, documentation, and safe operating practices all contribute to the finished product.You may be a strong fit if you bring:A high school diploma or GED2–4 years of manufacturing experience preferredBasic math skills used in a manufacturing environmentThe ability to use precision measuring equipmentStrong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with industrial machineryThe ability to read and follow written work instructions, specifications, and production requirementsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to product qualityClear communication and the ability to work effectively as part of a manufacturing teamThe ability to learn specialized equipment, processes, and production techniquesA commitment to safe work practices and proper equipment operationExperience operating forklifts, material-handling equipment, rolling mills, or other industrial machinery is preferred.Defining SuccessSuccess in this role means safely producing quality material while maintaining the process discipline, documentation, and equipment care required in precision manufacturing.You will be successful when:Finished materials consistently meet customer and engineering specificationsRolling operations are completed safely and according to established proceduresProduct quality is monitored throughout the manufacturing processProduction records and material traceability are complete and accurateRolling equipment is operated correctly and properly cared forProduction is completed efficiently while minimizing scrap and reworkISO quality standards and manufacturing procedures are followed consistentlyPotential equipment, material, or quality issues are identified and communicated earlyYou work effectively with teammates as production priorities changeAdditional Tools in Your Toolbox May IncludePrevious experience in a metals manufacturing environment can help you get up to speed quickly, particularly if you have worked with rolling, forming, machining, fabrication, or other industrial production processes.Additional experience that can help you succeed includes:Rolling mill or metal-forming equipmentPrecision measuring toolsForklifts and material-handling equipmentIndustrial machinery and production equipmentProduction documentation and material traceability systemsISO-controlled manufacturing environmentsEquipment inspections and basic preventive maintenanceContinuous improvement and waste-reduction activitiesThis Is Hands-On Manufacturing WorkThis position works directly with industrial equipment and materials on the manufacturing floor. You should be comfortable operating machinery, handling materials, using measuring equipment, following established safety procedures, and staying engaged with the production process throughout your shift.Precision matters at every step. A rolling decision, measurement, equipment adjustment, or production record can directly affect the quality of the finished material.
